Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Family adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang berfokus pada pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak, berstatus kepemilikan swasta yaitu PT. Pluit Mas Bahagia Sejahtera, berlokasi di Kompleks Pluit Mas Jakarta Utara. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah hasil pencapaian kinerja karyawan yang rendah dan tidak ada peningkatan yang signifikan dari tahun 2010 dan 2011. Hal inilah yang membuat peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi faktor apa yang paling mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Family.

Pluit Mas Bahagia Sejahtera, Pluit Mas Complex located in North Jakarta. The problem faced is the result of low employee performance achievement and no significant increase from 2010 and 2011. This makes researchers interested in conducting research to identify the factors that most affect the performance of the employees at the Family Mother and Child Hospital.
