Laporan ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui proses Online Monitoring yang dilakukan Unit Corporate Communication PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) terhadap isi media massa. khususnya berita-berita yang berhubungan dengan PT Angkasa Pura II. Proses media monitoring secara online dengan layanan Binokular dilakukan secara rutin setiap hari dari media online, cetak, serta elektronik, yang merupakan media nasional dan lokal.
Berdasarkan apa yang penulis lakukan selama praktik kerja, disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya proses media Online Monitoring yang dilakukan Unit Corporate Communication PT Angkasa Pura II, sangat membantu dalam menjaga citra positif perusahaan, mengetahui perkembangan terbaru industri maupun kompetitor, serta mampu menyesuaikan terhadap perubahan yang ada.
