Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efect persepsi citra merek kualitas produk, nilai pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan Enduro 4T pada produk oli. Dalam pasar yang kompetitif babak ini, merek memiliki peran penting bagi kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Selain itu, pemasaran di masa depan menjadi lebih persaingan merek lain, persaingan untuk memenangkan konsumen melalui merek. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa tiga dari lima hipotesis diterima hipotesis yang diajukan. Hipotesis diterima bahwa ada pengaruh citra merek terhadap nilai pelanggan, ada pengaruh kualitas preceived produk dengan nilai pelanggan dan ada pengaruh antara nilai pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan t - nilai> 1,96

Advanced motorcycle technology, especially rapid development. This makes the engine lubricant companies to complete and survive in the lubricants industry. This research aims to determine the effect of brand image perception of product quality, customer value and customer loyalty ENduro 4T on oil products. In a market this competitive round, brands have an important role for the survival of a company. Moreover, marketing in the future be more inter - brand competition, the compotition to win consumers through the brand. The results of the analysis found that three of the five accepted hypothesis proposed hypothesis. Accepted hypothesis that there is influence of brand image on customer value, there is the influence of the perceived quality of hte product to the customer value and there is influence between customer value on customer loyalty. with t - values > 1.96
