Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Mahasiswa Reguler aktif Universitas Esa Unggul angkatan 2012-2014 yang berjumlah 3.445 mahasiswa. Dengan menerapkan metode Slovin maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 renponden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Convinience Sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Customer Relationship Management (CRM) berpengaruh pada divisi DKS, DAA, DPPU, dan Fakultas. Kualitas Pelayanan tidak berpengaruh pada semua divisi. Apabila diuji secara bersama- sama Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh pada divisi DKS, DAA, DPPU, dan Fakultas.
