Description:

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Citra Perusahaan (X₁), Kualitas Pelayanan (X₂) dan Kepuasan Nasabah (X₃) terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah (Y) pada Bank BRI Cabang Joglo. Citra Perusahaan (X₁), Kualitas Pelayanan (X₂) dan Kepuasan Nasabah (X₃) menjadi variabel independen sedangkan Loyalitas Nasabah (Y) menjadi variabel dependen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner sebanyak 115 responden, responden yang dituju adalah nasabah Bank BRI cabang Joglo. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrument dan uji hipotesis (regresi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Citra Perusahaan (X₁) berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah (Y), KualitasPelayanan (X₂) berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah (Y) dan Kepuasan Nasabah (X₃) berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah (Y).
