Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT. Mulya Bangun Sentosa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Mulya Bangun Sentosa yaitu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa perbaikan mesin. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 70 karyawan, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh atau sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, penyebaran pra survey, dan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang di kuantitatifkan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) sebagai analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Akan tetapi budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh sedikit terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui komitmen organisasi.
