Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan informasi yang diberikan The Media Hotel & Towers terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Responden penelitian adalah konsumen The Media Hotel & Towers, yang datang untuk menemui receptionist karena dengan pelayanan informasi yang baik tidak hanya membuat konsumen merasa puas tetapi pemasukan perusahaan juga akan meningkat. Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan informasi yang diberikan receptionist terhadap kepuasan konsumen menggunakan metode survey yang bertujuan deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para tamu yang mendatangi Receptionist The Media Hotel & Towers. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 47 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan Accidental Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui nilai t hitung = 3262 dengan nilai signifikasi 0.022 > 0.02, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yang artinya ada pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) variabel (X) kualitas pelayanan informasi terhadap variabel (Y) kepuasan.
