PT. Hilon Indonesia adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang non-woven yang berdiri sejak tahun 1970 Seoul-Korea dan merambah ke Indonesia tahun 1988 di Tangerang. 40 tahun lebih bertahan di industri non woven dengan menjadi merk terpercaya dan telah memiliki berbagai cabang di penjuru Indonesia, oleh karena perusahaan ingin tetap bertahan dan memenangkan pasar harus mengdepankan Customer Relationship Management. Tujuan Peneliti melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan Bagaimana Aktivitas Customer Relation Divisi Marketing Domestik PT. Hilon Indonesia dalam Meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan Tinjauan Pustaka penelitian ini berpedoman dari beberapa pengertian para ahli diantaranya pengertian public relations, peran public relations, customer relations, aktivitas customer relations, pengertian pelanggan, pengertian loyalitas, merancang dan menciptakan loyalitas. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus, Analisis menggambarkan Aktivitas Customer Relations Divisi Marketing Domestik PT. Hilon Indonesia dalam Meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan. Peran public relations di PT. Hilon Indonesia dijalankan oleh Divisi Marketing Domestik PT. Hilon Indonesia. Adapun pendekatan customer relations yang dilakukan yaitu : Analisis, Integrasi, Pembaruan, dan Antisipasi.
