Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Melalui Kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel Intervening pada mIe Sedap Instan di wilayah Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Jalur. Sampel yang digunakan 140 responden, berdasarkan Purposive Sampling. Responden penelitian ini pelanggan Mie Sedap Instan di wilayah Jakarta Barat. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Citra Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Produk brepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dab sugnifikan terhadap Loyalitas, dan Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas. Selanjutnya Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan.
