Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan KFC Cabang Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat. Variabel independen terdiri atas Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk, sedangkan variabel dependen terdiri atas Kepuasan Pelanggan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 165 orang responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang telah berkunjung dan mengkonsumsi KFC Cabang Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas produk berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
