Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi struktur pasar industri perbankan Indonesia. Khhususnya, penelitian ini ingin mencaritahu apakah dalam menjalankan tugas intermediasi dalam perkonomian mengadopsi hipotesis SCP (Structure-Conduct-Performance), hipotesis RMP (Relative Market Power), hipotesis RES (Relative Efficient Structure), SES (scale efficiency structure) atau hipotesis QL (Quiet Life). Berdasarkan data tahunan 10 bank komersial terbesar di Indonesia selama 2009 hingga 2014 dengan olah data analisis regresi panel data diperoleh informasi hasil penelitian, bahwa Hipotesis SCP dan RMP berlaku, sementara hipotesis RES, SES, dan QL tidak berlaku.
