Abstract. he consistent pattern of marketing social relations is properly established from community interactions both independently, and in public groups by efficiently utilizing the specific type of chain conversation or necessary WOM technology in Indonesia, hospital patient in narrating sick person experiences have frequently done such communication, however little investigation on kind word of mouth. This concerned research was merely proposed to scientifically investigate the substantial issue of word of mouth on monotonous cure behavior at Hospital the Occident Jakarta. New Wave Technology facilitates the invention of specific instead of cultural property and interactivity which eventually design an effective method of word of mouth communication that obliquely grows into a recent form of significant advancement in strengthening the official position of repetitive treatment behavior to hospitals. Research conducted by Nielsen in 2007 by the United States that purchaser trust is strongly affected by valuable suggestions from others when choosing supported by a critical acquisition. Associated to conversation processes involving people and communal groups on social media uniquely to properly acquire answers to word of mouth communication patterns influence re-treatment to the Hospital. The investigation method led to the use of an SEM analyzer with lisrels used application. The experiments sample involves close to 114 responders, accompanied by a purposeful sampling method. The result evidence that the performance of ones duties quality and trust possess an outcome on fulfillment and then influence commitment to admittance the Hospital in West Jakarta.
