Description:
This research generally aims to provide an alternative development design for Situ Cipondoh in
order for it to become a mainstay tourist attraction in Tangerang City. Problems with facilities and
infrastructure, toilets, water cleanliness, parking layout, street vendors, parks, boats and water bikes
attractions, in addition to suboptimal management, which impacted in improper utilization of the potential
for tourist attraction. The research method used was site analysis and SWOT analysis. The conclusion of
this research is that Situ Cipondoh has not yet been organized so that an alternative arrangement design is
needed, which is aimed at restoring and improving the functions of existing facilities, infrastructure, public
facilities, social facilities and utilities in the Situ Cipondoh tourism area. The result of the research is Situ
Cipondoh Siteplan, which can then be used as an alternative arrangement design for Situ Cipondoh,
Cipondoh Village, Tangerang City.
