Latar Belakang: Menurut Pusat Patologi Indonesiadari 10 jenis kanker paling banyak diderita di Indonesia adalah kanker leher rahim (serviks) menduduki angka tertinggi. Menurut data Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS), jenis kanker tertinggi di rumah sakit seluruh Indonesia pasien rawat inap tahun 2008 adalah kanker payudara(18,4%), disusul dengan kanker leher rahim atau serviks (10,3%).Kanker serviks telah diketahui disebabkan oleh sejenis virus yang dinamakan Human Papiloma Virus (HPV). HPV dapat ditularkan melalui hubungn seksual. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan vaksinasi HPV pada WUS di RT 016/003 Kelurahan Pela Mampang tahun 2019.
