Description:

Kompetensi pedagogik guru adalah kemampuan mengelola pembelajaran peserta didik yang meliputi pemahaman terhadap peserta didik, perancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi hasil belajar, dan pengembangan peserta didik untuk mengaktualisasikan berbagai potensi yang dimilikinya. Mutu Pembelajaran merupakan suatu kemampuan sumber daya sekolah dalam mentransformasikan berbagai jenis masukan dan situasi untuk mencapai tujuan sekolah secara efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan analisa kualitatif deskripsi yaitu analisis data yang menekankan pada makna, penalaran, definisi suatu situasi tertentu (dalam konteks tertentu) serta menggambarkan apa adanya mengenai perilaku objek yang sedang diteliti. Alat pengumpulan data yaitu metode observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu peranan kompetensi pedagogik yang dimiliki oleh guru dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA yaitu memiliki kemampuan memahami peserta didik, mampu merancang pembelajaran di kelas, mempu menggunakan metode mengajar, mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran interaktif, mampu mengevaluasi hasil belajar dan mampu memberikan penilaian. Kemampuan peranan pedagogik yang dimiliki oleh guru IPA belum berperan secara maksimal dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA dikarenakan kurangnya bimbingan dan perhatian orangtua terhadap kegiatan belajar dirumah.

Teacher pedagogical competence is the ability to train students which includes understanding of students, designing learning implementation, evaluating learning outcomes, and developing students to actualize their various potentials. Learning Quality is the ability of school resources to transform various types of input and situations to achieve school goals effectively and efficiently. The research method used is to use descriptive qualitative analysis, namely data analysis that emphasizes the meaning, reasoning, definition of a particular situation (in a certain context) and describes what it is about the behavior of the object being studied. The data test tools are observation, interview and documentation methods. The conclusion of this research is that the teacher s pedagogical competence in improving science learning outcomes is having the ability to understand students, being able to teach in class, being able to use teaching methods, being able to carry out interactive learning, being able to learn results and being able to provide results. Science teacher s pedagogical work ability has not played a maximum role in improving science learning outcomes because of lack of guidance and attention to learning activities at home.
