PENERAPAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGODIK BERBASIS KEMAMPUAN REFLEKTIF TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA RANAH KOGNITIF

Kompetensi pedagogik adalah kemampuan pemahaman siswa dan pengelolan pembelajaran pendidikan dan dialog. Kemampuan reflektif merupakan praktik mengumpulkan data tentang proses pembelajaran, data tersebut menjadi bahan refleksi tentang peran guru, peran siswa, serta cara berinteraksi dan proses. Reflektif juga dapat diartikan sebagai kegiatan pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan peran guru, yang dapat dievaluasi dan diberikan umpan balik melalui serangkaian kegiatan. Metode eksperimen One � Shoot Case Study menjadi suatu penelitian dimana terdapat suatu kelompok diberi treatment (perlakuan) dan selanjutnya diobservasi hasilnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik berbasis kemampuan reflektif dapat mencapai hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif.
