Sistim manajemen K3 berdasarkan ISO 45001 memberikan panduan untuk organisasi mempertahankan kinerja K3 dalam situasi kegawatdaruratan seperti saat ini. Ruang lingkup ISO 45001 memberikan kesempatan bagi organisasi untuk melakukan tindakan pencegahan kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja secara aktif. Tidak hanya menilai risiko yang ditimbulkan dari bahaya COVID-19 namun organisasi juga dapat menilai peluang yang ada dari kejadian bahaya pandemik ini. Lingkup pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah bentuk sosialisasi ISO 45001 pada para pelaku usaha dan pekerja dalam menghadapi era adaptasi baru. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pemaparan materi secara daring dan pengisian kuisioner dalam kegiatan Forum Ilmiah Dosen yang diprakarsai oleh LPPM-Universitas Esa Unggul. Hasil kuisioner dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalahsebesar 73,87% untuk materi yang dipaparkan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini sudah baik dalam pemahaman konsep ISO 45001 dan kurang dalam pemahaman isi klausul ISO 45001

Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on ISO 45001 provides a framework for its organization to maintain OHS performance through pandemic situation. It scope is designed to organization for doing preventive actions in order to reduce incident and occupational disease. This system is bringing a dynamic workflow for organization in create its actions regarding risks and opportunites. The scope of this program is both businessman and workers in facing the new normal. Method of its program is socializing the material course with online using zoom platform hosted by LPPM-Esa Unggul University. The result of the questioners is 73,87% for its all understanding. Summary of this program is the participants is good in understanding of OHS Management System concept but lack of understanding of High Level Structure.
