Guru adalah sosok orang selalu digugu dan ditiru tindak tanduknya oleh siswanya. Bila guru melakukan hal-hal baik, kemungkinan besar siswa hasil didikannya juga akan baik. Hal baik yang dilakukan oleh seorang Guru tidak terlepas dari karakter baik yang mereka miliki. Tujuan Program Kemitraan Masyakat ini dilaksanakan untuk memberdayakan Guru dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter kepada siswa. Muncul berbagai permasalahan dalam dunia pendidikan dengan kurangnya keteladanan, dibutuhkannya pendampingan kerjasama untuk pendampingan dan pengembangan diri bagi guru dalam mendukung kegiatan edukatif di sekolah. Sebagai pengusul kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat melakukan pemberdayaan guru dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter bagi siswa SDN Grogol 05 Pagi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, evaluasi reflektif bagi guru dalam mengatasi permasalahn yang ada. Hasil dari kegiatan ini didapatkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat dinyatakan cukup baik walaupun kegiatan hanya dilakukan secara virtual dalam sosialisasi, dan pengambilan data dengan pengisian angket pada tahap pertama ini. Diharapkan dalam tahap kedua didapatkan hasil yang meningkat dari yang sudah diperoleh pada saat ini.

Teachers are people who are always digested and imitated by their students actions. If the teacher does good things, likely the results of his upbringing students will also be good. Good things that are done by a teacher cannot be separated from the good character they have. The purpose of the Community Partnership Program is to empower teachers in strengthening character education for students. Various problems arise in the world of education with a lack of exemplary, the need for collaborative assistance for mentoring and self-development for teachers in supporting educational activities in schools. As the proponent of the Community Partnership Program activities, the empowerment of teachers is to strengthen character education for students of SDN Grogol 05 Pagi. The method used in this activity is socialization, training, and reflective evaluation for teachers in overcoming existing problems. The results of this activity showed that the activities carried out were quite good even though the activities were only carried out virtually in the socialization and data collection by filling out a questionnaire in this first stage. It is hoped that in the second stage, results will increase from those that have been obtained at this time.
