This research is motivated by the violent scenes in the Headshot movie.. The paradigm of this research is postpositivism, using qualitative research methods, and the approach used is case studies. The results of this study concluded that there were still scenes of vulgar violence and sadistic elements in the Headshot film that had not been censored by the Film Censorship Institution (LSF), from the LSF claiming to have called the producers to revise the scene so that the films more worth watching. In each censorship process carried out in a closed manner, the censorship studio in the LSF has five studios. Censorship is carried out for the duration of the film being played. Especially for the Headshot movie, the duration of censorship is 153 minutes, accounting for 35 seconds of cutting and finally airing on the big screen for 117 minutes
