Fatigue at work is one of the causes of accidents, resulting in the control of both yourself and others of the study to identify factors affecting waste fatigue in dhuafa s field health organization during the covid pandemic of 19, 2021 this study mesgdesign cross sectional with a large sample of 46 officers (total side). The data collected is primary data using the raw questionnaire from the proportionate scale (ess). Studies of the chi-square test show unrelated factors (p-1,000), age (00169) Pollination (p-0.700), BMI (p-0.410), occupational tenure (p-0.920), working hours (p-0.669) and workload (p-0.135) by ill health fatigue Dompet Dhuafa in panderni covid 19, 2021. Suggested to Management to be able to do translation to see the application of each job according to SOP.
