Asertivitas Siswa SDN 11, Duri Kepa Dalam Menghadapi Perilaku Bullying Di Jakarta. Bullying merupakan suatu perilaku kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh individu terhadap individu lain. Perilaku bullying terjadi biasanya pada individu yang lemah, yang merasa tidak berdaya, takut menolak ataupun ditolak, dan tidak berani mengutarakan secara jujur dan berani mengenai perasaan dan pemikiran atau disebut asertif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh asertivitas terhadap perilaku bullying pada siswa SDN 11 Duri Kepa, Jakarta Barat. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausal-komparatif, dengan sejumlah 118 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi sederhana diperolah nilai sig. (p) = (0,027); (p) < (0,05), hipotesis diterima. Yaitu ada pengaruh asertivitas terhadap perilaku bullying pada siswa SDN 11, Duri Kepa, Jakarta Barat. Diketahui juga bahwa siswa SDN 11 Duri Kepa, Jakarta, yang memiliki asertivitas tinggi dan rendah sama-sama besar.

Student Assertiveness of SDN 11, Duri Kepa in Facing Bullying Behavior in Jakarta. Bullying is a violent behavior committed by individuals against other individuals. Bullying occurs usually in weak individuals, who feel helpless, afraid of rejecting or rejected, and do not dare to express honestly and courageously about feelings and thoughts or are called assertive. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of assertiveness on bullying behavior in SDN 11 Duri Kepa students, West Jakarta. The study design was causal-comparative, with a total of 118 respondents. Based on the results of a simple regression test, the value of sig was obtained. (p) = (0.027); (p) <(0.05), the hypothesis is accepted. That is the effect of assertiveness on bullying behavior on students of SDN 11, Duri Kepa, West Jakarta. It is also known that students of SDN 11 Duri Kepa, Jakarta, who have high and low assertiveness are equally large.
