Description:

Mengelola bisnis media bukan perjaan ringan. Media massa harus dikelola dengan organisasi yang baik. Bila ini dilakukan, isi media massa tentu akan baik dan berbobot. Semakin banyak jumlah pembaca/penonton/pendengar semakin tinggi pula porsi iklan yang masuk di media massa. Iklan adalah pemasukan besar untuk menjalankan organisasi media massa. Namun, media massa tak boleh mengejar keuntungan semata-mata. Harus senatiasa disadari, pembaca/penonton/pendengar adalah raja yang harus dilayani dengan informasi terpercaya, berbobot dan berkuliatas. Bila kepercayaan pembaca/penonton/pendengar runtuh terhadap isi media, lambat laun media itu punakan runtuh. Banyak kasus terjadi seperti ini.

Managing a media business is not an easy job. Mass media must be managed with good organization. If this is done, the content of the mass media will certainly be good and meaningful. The more or higher the number of readers/viewers/listeners, the higher the portion of advertisements that enter the mass media. Advertising is a major source of income for running a mass media organization. However, the mass media should not only pursue profit. It must always be realized that readers/viewers/listeners are kings who must be served with reliable, valuable and quality information. If the trust of readers/viewers/listeners collapses on media content, gradually the media will also collapse. Many cases happen like this
