PERBEDAAN POSTURAL DRAINAGE DAN LATIHAN BATUK EFEKTIF PADA INTERVENSI NABULIZER TERHADAP PENURUNAN FREKUENSI BATUK PADA ASMA BRONCHIALE ANAK USIA 3-5 TAHUN

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui beda efek pengurangan frekuensi batuk antara pemberian nebulizer dan batuk efektif dengan pemberian nebulizer dan postural drainage pada kasus Asma bronchiale. Subyek: terdiri dari 20 pasien Asma Bronchiale yang dikelompokkan menjadi dua yaitu Kelompok Perlakuan terdiri dari 10 orang (n=10) dan Kelompok Kontrol terdiri dari 10 orang (n=10). Metode: Penelitian ini menerapkan metode pre post test control design. Pengolahan data dan analisa data menggunakan uji Paired sample test dan Independent sample test. Hasil: hipotesis I dan II dengan menggunakan uji Paired sample test dapat diketahui bahwa pada kelompok perlakuan maupun kelompok kontrol terdapat penurunan frekuensi batuk yang signifikan setelah hasil uji membuktikan bahwa nilai p= 0,000 (p<0.05). Hasil hipotesis III setelah dilakukan uji Independent sample test dapat diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan efek penurunan frekuensi batuk yang signifikan pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol setelah hasil uji membuktikan bahwa nilai 0,726 (p>0,05). Kesimpulan: Tidak ada beda pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian nebulizer dan batuk efektif dengan pemberian nebulizer dan postural drainage terhadap penurunan frekuensi batuk pada Asma Bronchiale.

This research are made to determine the different effect of cough frequency reduction between giving the nebulizer and effective cough by administering nebulizer and postural drainage in cases of Asthma bronchiale. Subjects: The sample consisted of 20 patients with asthma Bronchiale grouped into two treatment groups consisting of 10 people (n=10) and the control group consisted of 10 people (n=10). Methods: This study applied the method pre post test control design. Data processing and data analysis using Paired sample test and Independent sample test. Results: Hypothesis I and II by using Paired sample test can be seen that either the treatment group or the control group contained a significant reduction in cough frequency after the test results prove that the value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05). The results of the test hypothesis III after the Independent sample test can be seen that there is no difference in the effect of a significant reduction in cough frequency in the treatment group and the control group after the test results prove that the value of 0.726 (p>0.05). Conclusion: The research concludes that there is no significant difference between giving effect nebulizer and cough effectively by administering nebulizer and postural drainage to decrease the frequency of cough in asthma Bronchiale.
