Description:
pendaftaran petugas mendapatkan informasi mengenai data-data pasien dan mengenai keluhan pasien yang akan membedakan dengan pasien lainnya. Dan agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dengan adanya data-data pasien. Jika tidak dikelola dengan baik maka petugas pendaftaran akan sulit untuk mengidentifikasi pasien tersebut di unit pendaftaran ini petugas harus benar-benar menggali informasi mengenai pasien tersebut jangan sampai terjadi kesalahan karena petugas kesehatan lainya akan sulit untuk mengidentifikasi pasien jika terdapat data-data yang kurang.
