Peran pendidikan dalam upaya peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang unggul menjadi salah satu
program Indonesia. Di Provinsi Banten, tepatnya di Kecamatan Curug Kabupaten Tangerang. Ikatan
Guru Taman Kanak-kanak selaku mitra telah mengupayakan dalam peningkatan kualifikasi guru agar
mampu berdaya saing global. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam 3 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan,
dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan awal dilakukan pemetaan kebutuhan melalui observasi dan
wawancara dengan mitra terkait. Tahap pelaksaan akan difokuskan dengan memberikan kepada guru
TK dengan ahli STEM pendampingan perumusan kurikulum yang dibutuhkan. Hasil dari
pendampingan tersebut dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan oleh tim pengusul dalam upaya mengontrol
implementasinya di sekolah masing-masing. Tahap ketiga yaitu evaluasi, dari hasil pendampingan dan
pengontrolan tersebut dilakukan evaluasi program dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan program agar
menjadi program percontohan yang dapat di implementasikan di kelompok guru TK lain. Hasilnya,
terdapat peningkatan pemahaman guru dan calon guru dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di masa
pandemi covid19

The role of education in an effort to increase superior human resources is one of Indonesia s programs.
In Banten Province, precisely in Curug District, Tangerang Regency. The Kindergarten Teachers
Association (IGTK) as partners has made efforts to improve teacher qualifications so that they are able
to be globally competitive. This activity is carried out in 3 stages, namely planning, implementation,
and evaluation. At the initial planning stage, needs mapping was carried out through observation and
interviews with related partners. The implementation phase will focus on providing kindergarten
teachers with STEM experts assistance in the formulation of the required curriculum. The results of the
mentoring were continued with mentoring by the team of proposers in an effort to control the
implementation in their respective schools. The third stage is evaluation, from the results of assistance
and control, program evaluation is carried out in an effort to improve the program so that it becomes a
pilot program that can be implemented in other groups of Kindergarten teachers. As a result, there is an
increase in the understanding of teachers and prospective teachers in facing the challenges of education
during the COVID-19 pandemic
