Abstrak � Jasa Penyedia Data (Provider) AXYZ selaku
perusahaan penyedia layanan internet di Indonesia sudah mampu
memberikan jangkauan jaringan yang cukup menyebar di seluruh
Indonesia. Layanan yang ditawarkan pun beragam mulai dari
layanan untuk rumah ataupun perusahaan. Juga dari tingkat
kecepatan internet pun dibagi ke beberapa layanan sesuai
kemampuan konsumen. Quality of Service (QoS) adalah
kemampuan suatu elemen jaringan, seperti aplikasi jaringan, host,
atau router untuk memiliki tingkatan jaminan bahwa elemen
jaringan tersebut dapat memenuhi kebutuhan suatu layanan.
Berdasarkan hal di atas, peneliti berinisiatif untuk melakukan
analisa QoS terhadap jaringan milik Jasa Penyedia Data (Provider)
berdasarkan waktu/jam penggunaan. Parameter pengukuran yang
digunakan adalah dengan menilai delay, packet lost, dan jitter yang
terjadi pada saat pengujian. Selain itu, dicari pula ADPH (Average
Daily Peak Hour) pada pengamatan yang dilakukan. Hasil yang
didapat adalah jam 20.00 � 21.00 merupakan jam dengan tingkat
kesibukan tertinggi berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan.

Abstract � As the internet service provider company AXYZ
in Indonesia has been able to provide sufficient network coverage
throughout Indonesia. The services offered also range from
services for homes or companies. Also, the internet speed level is
divided into several services according to consumer capabilities.
Quality of Service (QoS) is the ability of a network element, such
as a network application, host, or router to have a level of
assurance that these network elements can meet the needs of a
service. Based on the above, the researcher took the initiative to
conduct a QoS analysis of the network owned by provide) based
on the time / hour of use. The measurement parameters used are
to assess the delay, packet loss, and also the jitter that occurs
during testing. In addition, the ADPH (Average Daily Peak
Hour) is also searched for the observations made. The results
obtained are that the hours of 08.00 � 09.00 PM are hours of
activity based on the results of observations made.
