LITERACY RESIKO KEJADIAN TUBERCULOSIS PARU (TBC PARU) PADA SISWA PONDOK PESANTREN ASSHIDDIQIAH KEDOYA UTARA TAHUN 2020

Angka kejadian dan penularan TB Paru dimasyarakat masing tinggi. WHO dan Pemerintah Indonesia sedang menjalankan program 3 pilar pemberantasan TB Paru, salah satu adalah Integrasi layanan TB berpusat pada pasien dan upaya pencegahan TB. Maka dilakukankan usaha preventif berupa Pendidikan kesehatan tentang pola hidup, perilaku dan nutrisi untuk meningkat daya tahan tubuh agar tidak terserang TB Paru. Permasalahan yang diungkapkan oleh para ustad dan ustazah serta santri adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang penyebab dan penularan penyakit TB Paru. Masalah ini diatasi dengan memberikan edukasi pada santri tentang lingkungan yang sehat dan makanan yang bergizi dan untuk mengantisipasi resiko terkena penyakit TB Paru. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan atas izin dari pihak Pondok Pesantren. Kemudian dilakukan edukasi tentang pola hidup sehat dan sesialisasi tentang TB Paru serta melakukan pengukuran IMT. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan yaitu: LCD, Power poin/Leaflet tentang faktor resiko TB, alat pengukur TB dan BB, video ilustrasi tentang penularan TB dan modul tentang TB. Hasil kegiatan perhitungan status gizi menggunakan indeks IMT/U, didapatkan hasil dari 90 orang santri, Sebagian besar santri (54 orang) memiliki status gizi normal, 30 orang berstatus gizi gemuk dan 6 orang sisanya berstatus gizi kurus. Kegiatan edukasi dan sosialisasi berjalan lancer dan peserta cukup antusias mengikutinya.

The incidence and transmission of pulmonary tuberculosis in each community is high. WHO and the Government of Indonesia are running a 3 pillar program for the eradication of pulmonary tuberculosis, one of which is the integration of patient-centered TB services and TB prevention efforts. So preventive efforts are made in the form of health education about lifestyle, behavior and nutrition to increase endurance so as not to get pulmonary tuberculosis. The problem that was expressed by the teachers as well as students was the lack of knowledge about the causes and transmission of pulmonary tuberculosis. This problem is overcome by providing education to students about a healthy environment and nutritious food and to anticipate the risk of developing pulmonary tuberculosis. This service activity is carried out with the permission of the Islamic Boarding School. Then carried out education about healthy lifestyles and specialization on pulmonary tuberculosis and measuring BMI. Activities carried out with the necessary facilities and infrastructure, namely: LCD, Power points / Leaflets about TB risk factors, measuring devices for TB and body weight, video illustrations about TB transmission and modules on TB. The results of the calculation of nutritional status using the BMI / U index, obtained results from 90 students. Most of the students (54 people) had normal nutritional status, 30 people were overweight and 6 people were underweight. The education and outreach activities went well and the participants were quite enthusiastic in joining them.
