PELATIHAN PERENCANAAN DAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN BAGI KELOMPOK USAHA BERSAMA (KUBE) DINAS SOSIAL PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA

Joint Business Group (KUBE) are the group poor families formed, growing, in order to implement and develop, which are under the supervision of Social Ministry to increase their family and social welfare. Financial management as one problem often neglected by the micro businesses, especially in financial management and application of accounting principles. Financial management is made with separate funds of business and private funds of micro business owners. A mistake in cash flow management will result in the occurrence of inefficiency so that cash outflows to be larger than the cash inflows. This problem arising because of the limited information and knowledge of the financial management and accounting, educational background is inadequate and low awareness of good financial governance. The main objective of community service activities in KUBE is giving any education about the importance of financial management in order to created financial governance through the simple financial report. The training methods are online zoom meeting, talks and socialization capital planning, the management cash inflows/outflows and financial governance by making simple financial reports to the participants. The contribution of this training hopefully micro business entrepreneurs capable to making simple financial report that can be used for credit proposal to financial institution/banking.
