PENANGANAN KASUS PENIPUAN DAN PENGGELAPAN TERHADAP PARA KORBAN PERJALANAN TUR KE AMERIKA SERIKAT

Para korban penipuan dan penggelapan terdiri dari 4 orang yang bertujuan berangkat ke Amerika Serikat melalui Agen perjalana PT . Arafah, dimana setiap korban sudah mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp. 35.000,000 / orang karena sudah mentransfer ke Rekening PT Arafah sejak bulan pebruari 2020 tetapi sampai saat ini para korban belum juga diberangkatkan ke Amerika Serika, Tujuan dari Pengabdian ini agar para korban mendapat pemdampingan untuk melakukan upaya hukum baik perdata maupun pidana, maka lingkup atau metode pelaksanaan adalah Mediasi yang di lakukan oleh Penulis sebagai advokat yang telah mendapat kuasa dari para korban tetapi Mediasi tidak berhasil dan sekarang sudah dilaporkan ke polres Jakarta Selatan, Kesimpulan diharapan dapat ditegakkannya hukum dan dijatuhkan hukuman kepada yang
