Laporan penelitian Tugas Akhir dengan judul �PENERAPAN SISTEM ANTRIAN UNTUK MENENTUKAN JUMLAH SERVER YANG OPTIMAL DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SIMULASI ARENA DI SPBU 31.10701� bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah fasilitas pelayanan yang optimal di SPBU 31-10701 supaya konsumen yang mengantri dalam melakukan pengisian bahan bakar premium khususnya untuk sepeda motor tidak terlalu lama. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SPBU 31-10701 yang berlokasi di Jln. Industri Raya, Gunung Sahari Raya, Jakarta Utara. Dilakukan selama 2 minggu, dimana setiap minggu penelitian dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali. Data yang diambil adalah data waktu antar kedatangan konsumen dan data waktu pelayanan konsumen yang mengantri untuk dilayani. Perhitungan simulasi menggunakan simulasi arena yaitu salah satu alat simulasi yang dapat digunakan untuk memodelkan berbagai variasi sistem manufaktur dan juga sistem pelayanan. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan simulasi arena, maka dengan menggunakan satu fasilitas mempunyai waktu tunggu sebesar 14,87 detik, sedangkan untuk penambahan satu fasilitas menjadi 2 fasilitas mempunyai waktu tunggu sebesar 2,77 detik. Dengan penambahan satu fasilitas menjadi 2 fasilitas menjadi, lebih baik dibandingkan dengan menggunakan 1 fasilitas sehingga tidak terjadi antrian yang terlalu panjang.

Final research report titled "APPLICATION QUEUE SYSTEM SERVER TO DETERMINE THE OPTIMAL NUMBER OF SIMULATION WITH ARENA at the pump 31.10701 "aims to determine the optimal number of service facilities in petrol stations so that consumers are queuing 31-10701 fueling the premium especially for motorcycles are not too long. The research was conducted at the pump 31-10701 located at Jln. ndustri Raya, Gunung Sahari Raya, North Jakarta. Carried out for 2 weeks, where every week study conducted 3 times. The data taken is the time between the arrival of data consumers and data service time consumers who lined up to be served. Simulation calculations using the simulation arena simulation is one tool that can be used to model a wide variety of manufacturing systems and service systems. The result using the simulation arena, then by using the facilities had waiting times of 14.87 seconds, while for the addition of a facility to be 2 facility has a waiting time of 2.77 seconds. With the addition of a second facility to facility, is better than using one facility so that no queues are too long.
