Description:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas iklan produk
axis. Penelitian dilakukan di daerah Curug, Tangerang dengan populasi
masyarakat yang pernah melihat, membaca, dan mendengar iklan produk Axis
yang berdomisili di Curug. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 150 orang.
Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui efektivitas iklan yang berhasil
mendorong konsumen melakukan pembelian adalah metode analisis Consumer
Response Index.
Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media iklan televisi
adalah media iklan yang paling efektif dan media radio adalah media iklan yang
paling tidak efektif. Media televisi memiliki CRI 75,66%, media surat kabar
memiliki CRI 45,71%, media brosur memiliki CRI 39,13%, media radio memiliki
CRI 22,22%.
