Proses pengelolaan limbah padat medis di RSAB Harapan Kita belum dilaksanakan secara optimal, antara lain SOP pengelolaan limbah medis yang masih perlu diperbaharui, masalah administratif yang memerlukan perizinan TPS limbah medis dan mesin incinerator, pengawasan kinerja petugas dan pemeliharaan fasilitas yang perlu ditingkatkan lagi serta pemahaman petugas cleaning service dan incinerator tentang pentingnya penggunaan APD masih kurang baik.
