Dokumentasi keperawatan yaitu unsur penting dalam pelayanan keperawatan, informasi keadaan kesehatan pasien dapat diketahui secara berkesinambungan. Keberhasilan pelayanan keperawatan diberikan melalui pendokumentasian MPKP dan mempengaruhi kepuasan perawat. Pengembangan metode asuhan keperawatan MPKP. Dengan masalah 7 perawat senior menyatakan ketidakpuasan dengan pendokumentasian MPKP tersebut, tidak bisa mengetahui kondisi pasien secara keseluruhan, dan kerja timnya kurang dalam penerapan. Pada pendokumentasian masih terlihat tidak melaksanakannya, terlihat banyaknya pengkajian pasien yang masih kosong.
