Description:

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bidang sosial dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image terhadap keinginan untuk menjadi volunteering. Brand image yang menjadi variabel independen, voluntering sebagai variabel dependen dan familiarity sebagai moderasi. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 orang yang ingin menjadi pendonor di Palang Merah Indonesia jelambar. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi moderasi Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa brand image (X) ada pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap volunteering, familiarity (M) adanya memperlemah pengaruh brand image terhadap intensi bantuan volunteering (donasi waktu) (Y).
