Dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh customer relationship management terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan ( stsudi kaksus pada industri pembiayaan mobil di Tanger ang). Variabel independen terdiri atas customer relationship management, sedangkan variabel dependen terdiri atas loyalitas, dan variabel intervening adalah kepuasan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Astra Credit Companies (ACC) yang sudah menggunakan jasa ACC selama lebih dari 6 bulan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path).
Hasil penelitian meunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel customer relationship management (CRM) terhadap kepuasan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kepuasan terhadap loyalitas, dan variabel kepuasan bukanlah variabel penghubun antara customer relationship management terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
