Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan menjamin keselamatan pasien Rumah Sakit
perlu mempunyai program PMKP yang menjangkau keseluruh unit di Rumah sakit.
Agar program PMKP dapat berjalan dengan baik perlu ada komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik
antara para kepala bidang/divisi medis, keperawatan, penunjang medis, penunjang dan
administrasi dan keuangan.
Agara koordinasi dan komunikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik perlu dibentuk komite/tim PMKP
atau bentuk organisasi lainnya sebagai coordinator program PMKP.
