IFHIMA (International Federation of Health Information Management Association) merupakan Federasi Internasional bagi Profesional Manajemen Informasi Kesehatan yang berada di lima benua. Indonesia menjadi anggota IFHIMA sejak tahun 1989. Dalam kongres ini IFHIMA memberikan kesempatan kepada semua anggotanya untuk saling bertukar informasi tentang perkembangan Manajemen Informasi Kesehatan tahun 2019. Sub topik kongres ini terdiri dari: 1) Health Informatics/Digitation of Health, 2) Educating for the Future/HIM Survival, 3) Clinical Coding/Classiﬁcations and Terminologies, 4) Healthcare Quality & Healthcare Patient Safety, 5) IFHIMA - ICD 11 Transition and Capacity Building.
