Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Waroeng Spesial Sambal Pasar Lama Tangerang. Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga menjadi Variabel Independen, sedangkan Kepuasan Konsumen menjadi variabel dependen. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen yang pernah membeli dan makan ditempat di Waroeng Spesial Sambal Pasar Lama Tangerang. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan masing-masing nilai sig sebesar 0,000 dan 0,043, Sedangkan secara simultan Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000. Dan Kualitas Pelayanan yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Konsumen Waroeng Spesial Sambal dengan nilai Koefisien regresi sebesar 0,484.
