Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Pelayanan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan Starbucks yang berada di wilayah Tanjung Duren. Variabel eksogen terdiri atas Citra Merek dan Kualitas Pelayanan, variabel endogen terdiri atas Loyalitas Pelanggan dan variabel intervening terdiri atas Kepuasan Pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan yang berada di wilayah Tanjung Duren yang mengkonsumsi Starbucks. Sampel yang digunakan 160 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Citra Merek dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Namun Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening tidak memiliki pegaruh yang lebih besar dari pada pengaruh langsungnya.
