The research objective is to examine the risk ratio, and good corporate governance to maximination banking profit. The research is causality-explanatory. Methods of data collection are library research. The secondary form the banking financial statements of issuers that during the years 2010-2016. Time dimension is one shot study. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling with SPSS program. The results showed that the non perfoming loan has positively affect on IPCG; Capital Adequacy Ratio positively affect IPCG; BOPO positively influence Return on Asset; The findings of the study are to be non perfoming loan has been affect to IPCG so that non perfoming loan has indicator banking has been publish IPCG, where banking companies in Indonesian are more concerned with NPL, where this is reflected when low NPL level will showed banking credit have good quality with regard to economic condition of debtor.
