Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi
K3 masyarakat dalam menghadapi risiko terjadinya
permasalahan kesehatan mental selama pandemic covid19.
Kegiatan
seminar
merupakan
salah
satu
upaya
untuk
mengedukasi
masyarakat
terkait
dengan
keselamatan
dan
kesehatan
kerja.
Kegiatan
dilakukan
dengan
melakukan
pelatihan
melalui
media
daring
kepada
masyarakat.
Hasil
pengamatan
di
awal
menunjukkan
bahwa
sebelum
dilakukan
kegiatan
seminar,
hanya
41,67%
calon
peserta
yang
memiliki
pengetahuan
baik
tentang
kesehatan
mental.
Agar
tercipta
perilaku
berbudaya
keselamatan
maka
diperlukan
komitmen
yang
kuat
dari
responden
terkait
keselamatan
kerja,
pelatihan
dan
penyebaran
informasi
tentang
keselamatan
yang
aplikatif
dan
partisipasi
dari
seluruh
masyarakat
untuk
selalu
mengutamakan
keselamatan.
