Modul praktikum mata kuliah Praktikum Epidemiologi merupakan proses pendalaman terhadap teori dan konsep-konsep tentang surveilans penyakit yang ada di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan atau masyarakat, sehingga tercapai kompetensi mahasiswa pada level 5 (lima) sesuai Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI) dan profil lulusan yang telah ditetapkan. Modul ini, terdiri dari 3 kegiatan belajar. Masingmasing kegiatan belajar disusun dengan tujuan untuk memberikan panduan bagi mahasiswa dalam mempelajari konsep surveilans sehingga dapat membuat laporan surveilans penyakit tidak menular. Modul ini dibuat khusus untuk bahan ajar praktikum mata kuliah Epidemiologi pada semester 4 program studi D-III Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan,
