The progressive information and communication technology development has given tremendous impact to the conventional media industry, particularly print media. The internet has revolutionerized the way information being produced, distributed and consumed. Hence, it changelles the existing print media companies to provide their prorducts and services in to digital. This is a qualitative study that aims to get a better understanding about in what way that existing print media companies (Suara Pembaruan and GoGirl) address challenges in digitatization. The result is that both Suara Pembaruan and GoGirl are not adapting the digital business model completely. They focus on to format their content to be available online. GoGirl utilizes social media, especially Instagram, to be more engaged with their readers. In other hand, social media brings challenges for Suara Pembaruan to provide valid and verified news in fast and effective ways.
