Lia. Teacher Preferences Based Leadership Style, Assignment, and Reward in School
Buddhi Tangerang.

Buddhi School is one of the educational institutions are organized by
religious and social gatherings Boen Tek Bio. In the human resource development
needs of teachers khususya an effort improve teacher performance. Teacher
performance will be influenced by the leadership style of the principal, teaching
assignments and rewards received.
For the study, the researcher analyzed using analytical methods konjoin.
This research has as many as 110 people total respondents. Respondents were
divided into four groups, namely 35 elementary teachers, 22 junior high school
teachers, 23 teachers and 30 high school vocational teachers. Sampling the sample
used is saturated.
The results of conjoint analysis, the importance of the attributes most
preferred by teachers elementary, middle, and high school is the leadership style
attributes. For vocational teachers is an attribute assignment. Optimal combination
of attributes based on preference primary school teacher, junior vocational schools
is a democratic style of leadership, teaching assignment one field of study, and a
cool reward is an incentive. While preference is a high school teacher democratic
leadership style, teaching assignment 1 field of study and scholarship rewards are
scholarship.
Based on the analysis it can be concluded that conjoin teacher preferences
there are similarities between the optimal combination of primary school teachers,
junior high, but there is a difference in the vocational high school teachers are the
attributes of reward.
