Karya tulis ini di maksudkan sebagai laporan atas Kuliah Kerja Praktik yang
penulis lakukan di Televisi Edukasi selama dua bulan delapan hari terhitung sejak 26
Februari 2018 sampai dengan 4 Mei 2018, yakni menyangkut peran dari seorang
operator dalam Master Control Room di Televisi Edukasi. Laporan ini membahas apa
yang penulis lakukan selama melakukan praktik kerja, yakni meliputi aktivitas yang
dilakukan oleh seorang operator Master Control Room dari mulai sechedulling hingga
bagian ingestion. Televisi Edukasi sendiri adalah sebuah stasiun TV yang didirikan
oleh Pusat Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Pendidikan (PUSTEKKOM)
Depdiknas, dengan tujuan stasiun TV Edukasi bisa menjadi edukasi bagi para siswa
sebagai audience dan juga menjadi sumber belajar secara aktif dan mandiri.
