Description:
Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di RSUD kota Cimahi, Propinsi
Jawa Barat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi efektif perawat
RSUD sehingga meningkatkan keselamatan Pasien dalam pemberian pelayanan
kesehatan. Pengetahuan tersebut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan
dan kepuasan pasien.
Target khusus yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah dapat memberikan
pemahaman tentang pengertian komunikasi efektif, prinsip komunikasi efektif,
penggunaan metode komunikasi SBAR dan metode komunikasi TBAK.
Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat
berupa pelatihan komunikasi efektif pada perawat RSUD. Dalam kegiatan tersebut
juga diselenggarakan konsultasi tentang peningkatan jenjang pendidikan perawat.
