Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah sering terjadinya Downtime pada Mesin. Sehingga berakibat Break Down pada mesin di lantai produksi. Sehingga apabila terjadi Downtime pada waktu produksi,maka dapat mengakibatkan penurunan target produksi dan peningkatan biaya produksi pada perusahaan. Untuk mengatasi hal itu maka penulis menerapkan perawatan dan pencegahan yang terjadwal yang meliputi jadwal penggantian dan pemeriksaan komponen yang menggunakan metode minimasi total Downtime pada mesin � mesin yang mengalami Downtime.
