Tujuan dari pembuatan sistem pakar ini dimaksudkan untuk para
masyarakat pencinta kendaraan bermotor khususnya mobil Peugeot 206
dalam memperoleh informasi tentang kerusakan mobil dan solusi
penyelesaiannya. Sistem pakar merupakan teknik dalam menerima dan
memadukan pengetahuan. Pengetahuan ini merupakan hasil yang
diperoleh seorang pakar dari pengalaman dibidangnya. Beberapa
pengertian dari pemakaian serta kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi dengan
pemakai, semua itu akan diterangkan dalam basis pengetahuan, antar muka,
dan mesin dari sebuah mekanisme inferensi.
