Description:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh rasio keuangan
terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel dependen adalah nilai perusahaan diukur dengan
Price To Book Value dan variabel independen adalah rasio keuangan diukur dengan
Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Return on Equity, dan Total Assets Turnover.
Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di
Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode pengamatan tahun 2007-2012. Metode
pengumpulan data menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Jumlah sampel yang
digunakan 72 sampel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data
sekunder.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan Current
Ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan (2) tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan Debt to Asset
Rasio terhadap nilai perusahaan (3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan Return on Equity
terhadap nilai perusahaan (4) ada pengaruh yang signifikan Total Asset Turnover
terhadap nilai perusahaan (5) ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan Current
Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Return on Equity, dan Total Assets Turnover terhadap
nilai perusahaan.
