Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan mediasi kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di JNE Tomang Tangerang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak seratus lima puluh lima responden dimana pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Nonprobability sampling dan analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Model).
Dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh bahwa Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan,kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan,kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
